This new and exciting introduction to Business Studies, focussing on Customer Service and Retail launches in September 2023.
This introductory level study programme provides learners with the opportunity to develop their understanding of Customer Service and the Retail Industry, both in a theory and practical sense. Learners are given opportunities to practice and develop their skills before they can be implemented during work experience. The delivering tutors have extensive Customer Service experience, having been responsible for providing excellent customer service across a range of organisations.
