A course that offers comprehensive, non-aerobic exercises to help improve posture and balance, maintain suppleness, promote fitness and general wellbeing. The exercises are underpinned by the Alexander Technique, Pilates and Yoga. The tutor will tailor exercises to suit personal needs. Come and learn about your posture.
