This course is for the over 65s or people on the Social Prescribing Scheme. Social prescribing is designed for people who may otherwise feel anxious, depressed, lonely or isolated and offers a range of activities that can not only help manage depression and anxiety but also offer an opportunity to make new friends and acquaintances. It can improve your health and help you to ‘live life to the full’.
A course that offers comprehensive, non-aerobic exercises to help improve posture and balance, maintain suppleness, promote fitness and general wellbeing. The exercises are underpinned by the Alexander Technique, Pilates and Yoga. The tutor will tailor exercises to suit personal needs. Come and learn about YOUR posture.
